Dave Hronek is the PGA director of instruction at Countryside Country Club in Clearwater, Florida. He’s dominated the Southwest Chapter Assistant Champion, winning the event in 2001, ’02, ’03, ’04, ’05, ’07, ’08, ’09, ’10. His wins also led to being named Southwest Chapter of North Florida PGA Assistants Player of the Year nine times. Hronek enjoys spending time with wife Lisa spoiling their only child, Lee. Aside from golf, David likes watching sports and fishing.

As a teacher, what golf tip do you give the most?
Hip lower body rotation to get to the left side (for right handed players).
What is the most common problem you see with your students?
Weight transfer to their left side.

I would say to try to play more cuts shots. -Jack Mcfaul, PGA professional and swing coach.

Better short game.
